The latest updates and improvements to quickCLIENT.ai.
Smart QR and campaign capture forms now screen for obvious junk, links, duplicate submissions, and suspicious contact info before they reach your Prospects inbox.
The Clients Overview now groups every client by how warm the relationship is — working, signed, nurturing, quiet, and past — so the people who need you rise to the top instead of getting lost in one long list.
Tap any group to reveal those clients inline, each with a one-line recall of the key detail and the next step, drawn from your own notes.
Help now keeps everything in one place — a single set of how-to guides instead of overlapping lists — so it’s quicker to find the answer you need.
Your Follow-ups screen now labels which items quickCLIENT surfaced from your notes versus the reminders and to-dos you set yourself — so you always know what you’re looking at, on phone and desktop.
There’s now a What’s new page in Settings, under Help — the same updates you’re reading here, with a badge when there’s something you haven’t seen yet.
Settings now fills the screen properly on iPad — no empty gray strip at the bottom, and the back button stays where you can reach it.
Walk a property, site, or project and just talk, snapping photos as you go. quickCLIENT lines the photos up with what you said and organizes it into a clean, sectioned page you can export as a PDF and save to the client.
Capture on your phone or tablet; review and edit on desktop.
Every follow-up with a due date now has an “Add to calendar” action. One tap drops it onto your Google, Outlook, or Apple calendar — or copies a link — so your reminders live where you already look.
It works for the follow-ups you set yourself and the ones quickCLIENT spots in your notes.
When you add your phone number to your shareable card, it now formats itself as you type — so it always looks right, and the tap-to-call button on your card dials correctly every time.
We tightened how your account is protected: a stricter password policy, a show/hide toggle on password fields, and safer password resets that sign you out of your other sessions. Two-factor authentication lives here too.
If a page can’t load because you’ve lost signal, you now get a clear offline message instead of a broken page — and it recovers on its own when you’re back online.
Bring your book with you. Import clients from a CSV file, review and confirm the matches in a staging area first, and undo any import — so it never floods your list with duplicates.
The new Insights tab pulls your Smart QR scans, campaigns, referrals, events, and client growth into one snapshot, with trend arrows against the previous period and a jump to the details behind each number.
Insights draws on your CRM and campaign activity.
The microphone in Search and in Ask now transcribes what you say and stops on its own when you pause — so you can look something up or ask a question without typing.
Your business-card QR and your campaign QR codes are now one consistent “Smart QR,” with the quickCLIENT badge baked into every code you download or share.
Share a personal “Refer me” link and a client can pass your card to a friend, who can save your details or leave theirs. On paid plans you can create a link per client and see opens and leads for each.
