Data security
Your clients’ details stay private.
You’re trusted with sensitive information. quickCLIENT.ai is built so it stays yours — encrypted, isolated, and easy to take with you.
Encrypted in transit & at rest
Every note, transcript, and file is encrypted with TLS in transit and AES-256 at rest on industry-standard cloud infrastructure.
Voice is never stored
We transcribe your recap to text and discard the recording. The audio itself is never saved.
Your data is isolated
Row-level security is enforced in the database, so each account can only ever reach its own records — never another user’s.
Two-factor sign-in
Protect your account with an emailed one-time code, plus an optional authenticator app for stronger protection.
Your data is yours
Export everything in one click, anytime, and delete your account whenever you want. No lock-in.
Never sold, never trained on
We don’t sell your data or run ads, and your notes are never used to train AI models. Your information is only ever used for you.
Consent-based sharing
Trusted-network introductions require consent on both sides. Nothing about a client is shared without your say-so.
Backups & recovery
Automated daily backups with point-in-time recovery protect your data against loss.
Least-privilege access
Access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel, requires MFA, and is only for maintenance or your support requests.
What we don’t pretend
quickCLIENT.ai is not a “zero-knowledge” or end-to-end encrypted vault. Because the product powers voice capture and search across your records, our system reads the text you store to perform search matching and retrieval — and we’re upfront about that.
We don’t claim certifications we don’t hold, and quickCLIENT.ai is not intended for regulated health records (PHI). You can read exactly how it works, including our subprocessors, in the full statement.
