Client CRM is the foundation. Add Campaigns & Events or Walkthroughs when your work needs them.
Everything about a client, in one record
Notes, documents, conversations, and next steps — connected to the person they belong to.
Clients & stages
Your book is grouped by where each relationship actually stands — derived from your recorded activity, not a field you maintain.
Notes & meeting history
Type or record a recap; keep the running history in one timeline.
Confirmed follow-ups
Next steps you've confirmed stay in view so nothing slips.
Client-scoped Ask
Ask about one client; get an answer with the source note.
Referrals
Keep referred prospects connected to who sent them.
Documents
Attach files to a client and find them by asking.
Relationship stages update from what you capture — a quick recap after a conversation keeps the book honest without extra admin.
Ready before the call
A short snapshot pulls where a client stands, their concerns, and the next step — from the notes you've already saved.
- Where they stand, concerns, and next steps
- Notes, documents, and timeline in one place
- Type a few letters to bring a client into view

Ask about a client, and across your clients
Ask a question about one client, or across your whole client list. Answers come from your own saved notes and records, and show the sources they came from.
- Client-scoped: "What did she say about the schools?"
- Across clients: "Which clients mentioned refinancing?"
- Each answer links to the note behind it
Ask draws only from what you've captured in Client CRM. It helps you recall and summarize — you decide what to act on.
Know how a relationship started — and who made it possible
Client CRM keeps three things distinct, so a prospect who becomes a client keeps their origin story:
- Lead source — how a prospect first arrived (a business card, campaign, or event)
- The introducer — the existing client who made the introduction, when there was one
- The continuing relationship — the referrer stays connected to the person they referred, even after that prospect becomes a client
A business-card or campaign capture is a lead source, not automatically a referral — the introducer link is recorded only when an existing client actually made the introduction.
