How it works
Before, during and after every meeting.
One page per client, with family members linked, from the first prep question to the next annual review.
Before the meeting
Walk in prepared.
- See the family, not just the person.Link spouses, children and other family members to the client, each with their own record, and note trusts or other entities they're involved with.
- Ask before you dial in.Ask QuickClient a question. It answers from your own notes and shows which note each part came from.
- Let clients pick a time.Share your booking link. Bookings go onto your connected Google Calendar with an invite to the client.
During the meeting
Stay in the conversation.
- Send the QuickClient notetaker to Zoom, Google Meet or Teams,or record an in-person meeting on your phone. You confirm you have permission to record before every meeting.
- Coming soonConnect your Zoom account to create meeting links and import Zoom cloud transcripts.
- Audio isn't keptafter it's turned into text.
After the meeting
Notes and next steps, ready to review.
- A summary on the client's page:key points, facts mentioned, and what each person agreed to do.
- Suggested follow-ups wait for you.Nothing becomes a task until you accept it.
- A recap email draft you send yourself.QuickClient never sends it for you, so it can go through whatever review your firm already uses.
Between meetings
Keep every relationship moving.
- Repeating remindersfor annual reviews, check-ins and any other cycle you work on.
- Birthdays and key datessurface on Home, with an optional prompt to write a note.
- Opportunities:track open work (a rollover conversation, a new account) through stages you name.
- Documentsattached to the client, and shared by email or text when you choose.
Ask QuickClient
Ask about any client. See the notes behind the answer.
Before a review, ask what you decided last time. Every answer links to the notes and meetings it came from. If nothing matches, it says so.
You agreed to keep monthly contributions as they are and revisit them at this year's annual review, once Daniel's bonus is confirmed.
Sample data. AI-generated answers link to the records they came from; check important details.
Fit
Built to sit beside the way you already work.
Import from a CSV, or from an export of Wealthbox, Redtail and other CRMs. You review the matches before anything is saved.
You review and send every recap yourself, so it can go through your firm's existing review.
A workspace for your own client relationships: clients, linked family members, notes, follow-ups and meetings.
A financial-planning, portfolio, trading or archiving system. It doesn't replace your firm's books-and-records or supervision tools, and it doesn't give financial advice.
Questions
Common questions from advisors.
Recap emails remain drafts for you to review and send; suggested follow-ups aren't added until you accept them. Check with your firm about which tools you're approved to use with client information.
QuickClient asks you to confirm you have permission before each recording, but it doesn't notify anyone. Tell everyone in the meeting that you're recording, and get any consent your state requires.
The notetaker joins Google Meet and Microsoft Teams too, and you can record in person.
Try it with your next review meeting.
quickCLIENT is a general client workspace. It isn’t medical, accounting, financial-planning or transaction software.
